Looking to hire 1 dynamic Part Time Contract person for cleaning of Residential Client Homes in The Athens / Bishop / Bogart / Statham / Watkinsville & Winterville areas. This job would be working 16 - 18 dats a month.

This job will require being available to work MORNINGS between the hours of: 8:00 AM to sometimes 2:00 PM during the week days and 1 (one) Saturday morning per month.

Preferably someone with 2 years prior experience with cleaning Residential homes and Commercial Businesses; but not required.

Need to be available to work with cleaning of client places Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 1 Saturday morning; starting at 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM with one client business. Possible MOVE IN - MOVE OUT CLEANINGS as needed on a Friday or Saturday morning.

REQUIREMENTS:

You have to be 21 years old or older. You will be working in places that may have alcohol around.
You need to have your own reliable transportation for getting to and from client homes.
You must have a cell phone that is always in working order for receiving calls or texts. If on a "pay by month plan", make sure the phone is renewed before the minutes expire.
You must be able to pass a background check before being hired). You can not have any outstanding tickets, any felonies, any misdemeanors or negative referrals from past employers.
You need to have the qualities of being dependable, reliable, trustworthy and honest and be able to work with others as a team.
You need to be set up on ZELLE ELECTRONIC PAY for being paid and pay being electronically transferred into your bank account at the end of every week.
Must be okay with working around animals and not allergic to Dogs or Cats.
Having worked for prior companies for 2+ years is a plus

Job Details:

You will be provided with all cleaning supplies and go through training to get familiar with the client's homes, what cleaning products are to be used, and how to use them.
You will be paid every Friday, while going through training.
Once finished with training, you will be paid every Friday; after your first week of work.
Looking for that ONE PERSON who is: Loyal, Dependable, Honest, Reliable & Customer oriented to work a STEADY, long-term, PART-TIME JOB for at least 1 to 3 years.
These clients are clients that we have had for a long time, and they do not like constant change over with cleaning crew. They want the same person coming into their home to clean.

Need to be available to work weekdays (Monday through Thursday) from 8:30 am till approximately 2:30 pm.
This is an EXCELLENT PART-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY for someone who wants to work in the Morning, work only 4 days a week and work between 3 - 6 hours a day.
No evenings are required!
Possibly some Saturday work for Move or Move cleanings if interested in working.

Job Type: Independent Contractor, Part-time.

Salary: $304.00 to $475.00+ weekly; (19.00 Per Hour / $22.00 Per Hour) + TIPS ON SOME DAYS, depending on job and client.
